Tag Team: DecisionPoint Doubles Down on RFID

Completes Fourth and Fifth Add-On Acquisitions in August

Graham Partners ("Graham"), a private investment firm targeting advanced manufacturing and technology-enabled services businesses, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, DecisionPoint Technologies ("DecisionPoint"), an end-to-end solution provider across enterprise mobility and edge technologies, has acquired 5th Wave Mobile Technology ("5th Wave") and American Barcode and RFID ("AB&R"). 5th Wave and AB&R are the fourth and fifth add-ons completed under Graham's ownership of DecisionPoint, which Graham believes strengthen the company's data capture and RFID capabilities, deepen its customer relationships, and broaden its geographic presence across the Southwest and Pacific Northwest.

Enterprise mobility and RFID technology increasingly underpin the everyday systems on which businesses and consumers rely - from the barcode scan that gets a package to a doorstep, to the RFID tag that tracks critical equipment in a hospital, to the tag that keeps a retailer's shelves stocked. DecisionPoint sits at the center of this ecosystem, helping many of the world's largest enterprises modernize how they capture data, manage inventory, and support their mobile workforces, and Graham believes the additions of 5th Wave and AB&R build directly on this mission.

Based in Gig Harbor, Washington, 5th Wave brings a complementary mix of services, software, and data capture hardware. Graham believes these additional capabilities enhance DecisionPoint's solution set and create opportunities to deepen relationships across the broader platform. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, AB&R, previously a subsidiary of Brady Corporation, adds strong in-house RFID capabilities - including its proprietary Accuviti asset-tracking software - a well-diversified customer base, and more than four decades of technical expertise, while expanding DecisionPoint's footprint in the Southwest.

Across both businesses, DecisionPoint sees meaningful opportunity to expand wallet share by cross-selling its end-to-end lifecycle services and consumables, extend AB&R's RFID expertise to its existing customers, and capture purchasing and operational efficiencies as part of a larger organization.
