Horizon Bank Recognizes Advisors for Leadership — Sara Exum, Scott Schryer, Faye Sepke, Mike Yovanoff

Michigan City, Indiana - Horizon has recognized Advisors Sara Exum, Scott Schryer, Faye Sepke, and Mike Yovanoff with the Beyond Ordinary Leadership Award.

Sara Exum, VP, Talent Management & Development, was honored for her professionalism, vision, and unwavering commitment to building a stronger Horizon.

Since joining the bank in 2013, Exum has made a lasting impact by creating Horizon's Advisor Resource Groups and developing a mentorship training program now used across multiple departments. Her work reflects her dedication to supporting others' growth and development.

Scott Schryer, Branch Manager, received the award for consistently going above and beyond to support both customers and fellow Advisors since joining Horizon in 2020.

Faye Sepke, AVP, Branch Manager at Horizon's Crown Point location, was recognized for her dedication to clients, colleagues, and her community.

Sepke exemplifies true leadership. Both Advisors and customers admire and trust her because of her knowledge, commitment, and selfless service. She creates an environment that fosters teamwork and community involvement.

Sepke expressed, "I've always believed in leading by example, and showing up for people, whether it's our customers, fellow Advisors, or the community. I'm grateful and blessed to be part of a team that supports one another and is committed to making a positive impact."

Mike Yovanoff, VP, Group Commercial Portfolio Manager, was honored for playing a vital role in Horizon's Southern Region and for taking on responsibilities that extend well beyond his core duties.

Yovanoff has stepped up, filling gaps wherever needed. His consistent communication with his team, management, and the executive team ensures everyone stays aligned and informed.
