Upcoming Planned Roadwork for Northeast Missouri, November 10 - 21, 2025

HANNIBAL - The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.

All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.

Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.

Adair County

U.S. Route 63 Northbound - November 12, CLOSED for environmental clean-up at the eastbound turn lane at Route P (Fairview Drive) off of U.S. 63 North between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Audrain County

Route NN - November 10, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 314 to CR 316 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Clark County

Missouri Route 81 - November 12 - 13, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 294 to CR 257 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Lincoln County

Route UU - November 20, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Duncan Mansion Road to Quade Road between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Macon County

U.S. Route 36 - November 17 - 21, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance from Eagle Avenue to 0.75 mile east of Eagle Avenue over Chariton River between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

Monroe County

Route A - November 18, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route J to CR 160 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route A - November 20, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 254 to Route F between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route J - November 13, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 139 to CR 117 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route J - November 14, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Missouri Route 151 to Route OO between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route J - November 17, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 1103 to CR 1870 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Route CC - November 10 & 12, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Missouri Route 15 to Route PP between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

Shelby County

Route MM - November 14, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Missouri Route 151 to CR 315 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route PP - November 13, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from U.S. Route 36 to Route CC between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Schuyler County

U.S. Route 136 - November 10 & 12 - 14, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance from 0.50 mile before and after Elm Creek near Glenwood between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. A 10-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

With an increased number of highway work zones in Missouri, we urge all drivers to pay attention every second while driving, especially through a work zone.
