Item 8.01 Other Events.

Effective June 29, 2026, Brittany Baird resigned from her role as principal accounting officer of Toyota Motor Credit Corporation ("TMCC"), in connection with her concurrent appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Toyota Financial Savings Bank.

The Board of Directors of TMCC has appointed Carlos Adrian Gruebler as its principal accounting officer effective June 29, 2026, in connection with his appointment as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of TMCC. Mr. Gruebler has served as Interim Chief Accounting Officer of TMCC since February 2026.
