Shearwater Geoservices AS – Notice from Written Resolution
Bergen, 2 June 2026: Today a Written Resolution was resolved pursuant to the notice of a Written Resolution dated 19 May 2026 (the "Notice"). More than 1/3 of the Voting Bonds voted against the Proposed Resolution (as defined in the Notice). The Proposed Resolution is therefore not approved.
Following the outcome of the Written Resolution, Shearwater Geoservices AS will proceed with the alternative solution as referenced in the Summons that will not require Bondholder approval. Further information will be provided in due course.
