Doha - June 4, 2025: Crowell & Moring advised Quantinuum, the world's largest integrated quantum computing company formed by the merger of Cambridge Quantum and Honeywell Quantum Solutions, on its $1 billion joint venture with Al Rabban Capital, a prominent Qatari investment group.

The transaction involved sophisticated corporate, regulatory, compliance and intellectual property considerations, including export controls and foreign investment issues.
