Atlanta and Newnan Divisions Closing on Wednesday January 22

The Atlanta and Newnan divisions of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia will be closed on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, due to the dangerous driving conditions from wintry weather. The Atlanta courthouse will remain open so that filings may be deposited into a drop box, but the Newnan courthouse will be closed. The Gainesville and Rome divisions of the Court will operate normal hours.
