    BRATTLE ST
    While on patrol, an officer was approached about a disturbance on the 0 block of Brattle St. Employees of an establishment stated that two individuals were fighting inside. Officers separated both parties, identified them, and escorted them out of the establishment. It was learned that one of the parties had shoved the other and smashed a bottle against their face. As a result, Officers placed, Robert Corcoran, 31, of Swampscott MA under arrest for Assault with a dangerous weapon, Assault, Disorderly conduct, and Vandalizing property. A report was taken.

    Police responded to report of shoplifting on the 100 block of Cambridgeside Pl. Officers were able to locate the suspects, they were identified and the $738 in merchandise was returned. The suspects were formally trespassed from the store, the store elected not to pursue criminal charges.

Later their direct deposit information had changed and their social security funds, in the amount of $2395, were deposited into a savings account that is not theirs.

    Police responded to the intersection of Ames and Main Street for a disturbance. It was learned there had been a dispute over a cab fare which officers were able to mediate. The passenger of the cab, identified as Michael Mcelaney, 45, of South Boston, returned to the scene and proceeded to urinate on a wall in full view of officers and other bystanders. Mcelaney was placed under arrest, and charged with indecent exposure.

    Police responded to a report of extortion on the 0 block of Garden St. The reporting party claims they had matched with an individual on a dating website and voluntarily sent explicit pictures of themselves. The individual they matched with then demanded $800 and threatened they would send the explicit pictures to family and friends. While officers were on the scene, the individual sent the explicit images to a group chat with their family and friends.
