Know a Boise State student leader who will be graduating this December? Student leaders come in many forms. They most likely are individuals in your departments, organizations or programs who have freely given of their time and have gone above and beyond to make a positive impact at Boise State. Consider nominating them to be recognized as a Graduating Student Leader this year.
The Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management and the Student Involvement and Leadership Center will be taking time to recognize students selected as Graduating Student Leaders. Students and their families will have the option to participate in a dessert reception on Thursday, Dec. 18. Graduating student leaders will receive a leadership cord to be worn with their academic regalia.
Nominate them by Monday, Nov. 17 using the Graduating student leader nomination form in CampusGroups. You may use the online form to submit individual student nominations or you may upload a list of students. This is open to both undergraduate and graduate students. Nominees will be asked to complete a short application to be considered - the application for student nominees is open Oct. 30 through Nov. 23.
If you would like to nominate a student speaker for this event, please submit their nomination as soon as possible. The student speaker will be selected earlier by a committee and will be based on the student's application and your nomination.
