Forsyth County Board of Assessors' Office Relocates to 426 Canton Highway

The Forsyth County Board of Assessors office, formerly located at 110 E. Main Street, will officially relocate to a new location (426 Canton Hwy Cumming, GA 30040) effective June 29, 2026.

Information about the 2026 annual notice of assessment including how to view property assessments, file an appeal, apply for homestead exemption, and how to read a 2026 annual notice of assessment, is available by visiting https://www.forsythco.com/assessment-notice.

The Board of Assessors is a separate and independent board from the Board of Commissioners and determines property assessments in accordance with Georgia law and the rules and regulations set forth by the Georgia Department of Revenue.
