Glendale, California - Glendale Water & Power (GWP) is proud to announce the launch of its Commercial Energy and Water Saving Rebates Program, offering local businesses significant savings on the installation of high-efficiency energy and water-saving equipment.
The program enables Glendale businesses to reduce energy and water consumption, lower monthly operating costs, and contribute to the City of Glendale's sustainability goals. By offsetting the initial cost of high-efficiency upgrades, GWP is making it easier for businesses to transition to modern, eco-friendly equipment.
"Our goal is to provide the tools and financial incentives necessary for our local business community to thrive while protecting our resources," said Scott Mellon, General Manager. "Whether a business is upgrading a single appliance or overhauling an entire HVAC system, these rebates provide a direct path to long-term savings."
Eligible upgrades include high-efficiency heat pump water heaters, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, energy-efficient commercial refrigeration, electric commercial kitchen equipment, such as convection ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, water-saving plumbing fixtures, and more. Glendale businesses can choose from a variety of products to enjoy cost savings, while also reducing their carbon footprint.
