SIKESTON - The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission awarded contracts for the Southeast District during its regular meeting on May 6.

A $2,465,000 contract was awarded to Pace Construction Co., for pavement improvements along the following routes:

Route AA from Route 19 to the end of state maintenance in Oregon County,

Route ZZ from Route 63 to the end of state maintenance in Howell County, and;
-
Route K from Route KK to Route 17 in Texas County.

A $2,834,749 contract was awarded to Penzel Construction Company, Inc., for a bridge replacement on Route OO over Whitewater River in Cape Girardeau County.

A $178,000 contract was awarded to Putz Construction, LLC, for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) sidewalk improvements at various locations throughout the Southeast District.

A $595,000 contract was awarded to Putz Construction, LLC, for concrete pavement repairs along major highways throughout the Southeast District.
-
A $550,000 contract was awarded to Putz Construction, LLC, for concrete pavement repairs along Interstate 55, Interstate 57, and Interstate 155 in the Southeast District.

A $2,880,000 contract was awarded to Collins & Hermann, Inc., for guard cable and guardrail repairs at various locations throughout the Southeast District.

An $875,000 contract was awarded to Collins & Hermann, Inc., for guard cable and guardrail repair at various locations throughout the Southeast District.

A $1,230,000 contract was awarded to H.R. Quadri Contractors, LLC, for erosion control repairs at various locations throughout the Southeast District.

A $1,767,657 contract was awarded to Reynolds Sealing and Striping, Inc., for pavement marking improvements along the following routes:

Route 60 from the Webster County line to Interstate 55,

Route 67 from the Jefferson County Line to Route 160, and;
-
Route 63 from Route 60 to Route 14.

A $48,365 contract was awarded to Midwest Mechanical and Welding, LLC, for a pipe extension and ditch lining on Interstate 57 north of County Road 202 in Mississippi County.

A $2,030,000 contract was awarded to West Plains Bridge & Grading LLC, for a bridge replacement on Route 38 over Dove Creek in Wright County.
