RTB Digital, Inc. ("Roundtable") (NASDAQ: RTB) announced last week $5 Million placed into an "insider affiliate" financing, and today announced an additional $5 Million invested by Strategic Advisor, Naor Baruch at $11.13 per share - following announcement of imminent strategic partnership announcement.
Mr. Baruch's shares are subject to a one-year lock-up and scheduled to be released in four equal quarterly tranches beginning May 12, 2027 and ending in February 2028. The investment follows the long-term ownership structure adopted by Roundtable's founders, executives and major investors. At the Company's Nasdaq listing, approximately 85% of outstanding shares were locked for at least one year, with staggered releases thereafter.
Baruch is the founder and CEO of Singapore-based investment firm Algo Blessed. In Israel, he led the initiative to convene the Knesset Economic Affairs Committee for the country's first dedicated discussion on advancing cryptocurrency regulation.
He joined Roundtable as Senior Strategic Advisor in June 2026 and is supporting the Company's investor and strategic partner network across Singapore, Dubai and Tel Aviv.
"Roundtable has built technology that addresses the operating needs of professional media publishing houses across distribution, publishing, monetization, data, syndication and payments," said Baruch. "I am investing for the long term and look forward to helping grow the Company's strategic relationships in key international markets."
