Vanderbilt is hosting the FCS Championship game in FirstBank Stadium on Monday, Jan. 5, with a kickoff time of 6:30 p.m.. Please be aware of the following road closures and parking/traffic changes:

Road Closures/Traffic

• Natchez Trace between Children's Way and Kensington Place will close to vehicle traffic 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. through vehicle egress following the end of the game.
• Vanderbilt Place between 29th Avenue S. and 28th Avenue S. in the eastbound lane will be closed to vehicle traffic beginning at approximately 2:30 p.m. through vehicle egress following the end of the game.
• Kensington Place between 2525 Garage and Natchez Trace will close to vehicle traffic from 4 p.m. through vehicle egress following the end of the game.
• We expect heavy traffic between 3 and 7 p.m. as campus and medical center traffic exits campus while game traffic is arriving.
• Normal traffic operations will be altered at times for vehicles to move on and off campus as efficiently as possible. All vehicles should follow the direction of uniformed traffic officers.

Parking

• The N lots (73, 74, 75, 75A) on Natchez Trace will be staffed beginning at 5 a.m.; Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Athletics parking staff will manage access.
• Kensington Garage will be used for game day parking. Monthly permit holders will still be permitted access.
• 25th Avenue Garage and West Garage will be staffed and accepting payment at approximately 4 p.m. (this time is subject to change). VUMC and VU permit holders will still be permitted access by showing their VUMC or VU ID.
• Lot 72C will be reserved all day. The proper game day permit is required.
• Lot 72B will be reserved all day. The proper game day permit is required.
• Lot 72A will be reserved all day. The proper game day permit is required.
• Lot 72E will be reserved all day. The proper game day permit is required.
• The Vanderbilt University Medical Center shuttles will operate 4 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Vanderbilt University Medical Center Parking and Transportation will notify parkers that are being relocated out of lots 73, 74, 75, 75A.
• Adhere to all posted signage, barriers and staffing.

We encourage hybrid or remote workers to work from home this day to avoid traffic. For those that do need to park on campus, Vanderbilt's commute conciergeis available to help plan your commute and find alternative parking areas.
