“Will Hearn’s Grand Ol’ Americana Show”
Grand Ol' Production Company will present "Will Hearn's Grand Ol' American Show" on Saturday, June 21, 7:30 p.m., in the Huffines Performance Hall at Lewisville Grand Theater, 100 N. Charles Street.
"Will Hearn's Grand Ol' Americana Show" is the perfect nostalgic compliment to Independence Day festivities and will transport audience members to long floats on lazy rivers and backyard BBQs by the poolside, hot summer nights under big starry skies lit-up flickering fireflies, and fireworks on the 4th of July.
A one-of-a-kind tribute to the original, traditional, family-truckster holiday-roading, red-blooded, two-fisted, Route 66-ing, All-American Summer; celebrating culture, comedy, and music that defines the American Spirit.
Performed "within the studio" of a retro radio show broadcasting live from the 1776 AM L-B-R-T "Liberty" Radio Theatre and featuring internationally touring Americana standout Blue Water Highway, the Liberty Radio Orchestra & Gospel Singers, and the best entertainers in the Lone Star State.
This event is being presented by the Lewisville Grand Theater and will take place in the Huffines Performance Hall.
Tickets are $35 for reserved seating and $50 for table seating (must buy all four seats at a table). Tickets can be purchased online at lewisvillegrand.com/tix.
The Grand is Lewisville's home for the arts. It presents a variety of regional and national touring performers, art exhibits, and classes, while also giving the many arts groups in the greater Lewisville area a facility to perform and display their works. Its multiple performance spaces play host to a variety of events, including live music, theater, dance performances, comedy shows, and more. The center features the 294-seat Huffines Performance Hall, black box theater, recital hall, art gallery, and courtyard.
To reach The Grand from I-35E, take exit 452 and proceed east on Main Street to Charles Street. The Grand will be on the left. Free public parking is available along Main and Church streets, or at Lewisville City Hall across Church Street from the center. Please be aware that there is heavy road construction at the Main Street interchange with I-35E that will cause delays.
