Align Capital Partners Announces Partnership with Trident Solutions

CLEVELAND and DALLAS, September 2, 2026 - Align Capital Partners ("ACP") is pleased to announce the acquisition of Trident Solutions ("Trident" or the "Company"), a manufacturer of branded safety marking, identification and damage prevention solutions serving over 1,700 customers across utility, commercial and industrial end markets. Trident will continue to be led by CEO Blair Cook and the existing management team as the Company enters its next chapter in partnership with ACP.

Headquartered in Plano, Texas, Trident provides a comprehensive portfolio of products used to locate and protect critical infrastructure and assets. The Company's solutions include tracer wire, markers, signs & tags, custom marking posts, stake flags, labels and engineered film products that help customers increase safety, maintain regulatory compliance and prevent costly infrastructure damage.
