Kairi Thomas, 26, of Cambridge was placed under arrest on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Trespassing, Animal Cruelty, and Defacing Property. Police interacted with Thomas after it was reported he was yelling and kicking bicycles on Broadway. It was later found that he was keeping live animals in a backpack.
