    Kyle Evans, 39, of Somerville was placed under arrest for multiple warrants out of courts in Boston and Rhode Island. Police interacted with Thomas after it was reported he was yelling and kicking bicycles on Broadway. It was later found that he was keeping live animals in a backpack.
