President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Ilham Aliyev expressed his support and condolences to the people of Ukraine. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that last night Russians used hundreds of drones and missiles against Ukrainians, including ballistic missiles. There is destruction and damage, including to the Embassy of Azerbaijan. Ilham Aliyev condemned the strike and stressed that this is not the first time the Russians have targeted the embassy building and other facilities linked to Azerbaijan.

The two leaders also discussed bilateral relations and the development of partnership between the countries. There is a green light across all areas of bilateral cooperation. There is strong potential that both leaders agreed to realize.
