Lugaz, Candy

Candy is at the helm of the project titled "Strengthening District and School Leadership" in Guyana. Her previous roles include coordinating the research programme on Cities & Education 2030 and managing school grants. As a member of the Technical Cooperation team within the Data & Evidence Cluster, Candy has actively contributed to research, training, and technical cooperation in the realm of education decentralisation. Her focus extends to the learning ecosystem of key actors, including the middle tier, school heads, communities, and local elected bodies.
