Investigators received information that an individual was selling cocaine from a motel room in the 11700 block of Northeast Sandy Boulevard. During the course of the investigation, officers observed a high volume of foot traffic to and from the room at various hours throughout the day and night, a pattern consistent with illegal narcotics distribution.
On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at approximately 5:30 a.m., PPB's Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT), in collaboration with North NRT officers and NOC detectives, executed a search warrant at the motel room.
During the search, officers seized:

He was transported to the Multnomah County Detention Center and lodged on the following charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine), Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine) within 1,000 Feet of a School, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Schedule IV).
This case underscores PPB's ongoing commitment to disrupting illegal drug activity, enhancing neighborhood safety, and improving the quality of life for community members impacted by narcotics trafficking.
