Changes to Judge Thorne's Ch. 7 and 11 Call for both the Chicago and Joliet

Effective Wednesday, February 25, 2026, Judge Thorne's Ch. 7 and 11 for both the Chicago and Joliet docket, will be held as follows:
WEDNESDAYS
9:30 a.m. Original Chapter 7 matters
10:00 a.m. Continued/Set Chapter 7 matters

10:30 a.m. Original Chapter 11 matters
10:45 a.m. Continued/Set Chapter 11 matters
11:30 a.m. New Confirmations Chapter 11
There will be no Chapter 7 and 11 matters called on Thursdays. ALL Chapter 7 and 11 matters will be heard on Wednesdays following the schedule above. All matters currently on the docket will be continued to the appropriate date. All matters scheduled, after the date of this notice, for an incorrect date or time, will need an amended notice to avoid delay with your matter.
All Chicago Ch. 13 matters will be heard by Judge Peterman starting Tuesday, February 24 following her hearing schedule. All matters currently set on Judge Thorne's Ch. 13 Chicago docket will be automatically continued to the appropriate date/time before Judge Peterman.
THE CHAPTER 13 JOLIET CALL held on various Thursdays will have no change.
