As chief product officer, Roberts is leading Zillow's Product organization as the company continues advancing its platform for the AI era. A Zillow veteran of more than 18 years, Roberts has played a central role in shaping Zillow's marketplace strategy from the company's earliest days. Having previously served as general manager of Zillow Rentals, he helped build the foundation of a business that has grown into the No. 1 preferred platform among renters and a key driver of Zillow's continued growth. Roberts has led both consumer-facing innovation and the professional workflows that power real-world transactions, bringing a deep understanding of how the entire housing journey fits together. That perspective will continue to shape Zillow's next chapter of product innovation, pairing consumer insights with practical, scalable solutions that support a more seamless, digital and AI-infused moving experience.
Lim's elevation reflects the strategic importance and continued growth of Zillow Rentals, now one of the fastest-growing parts of Zillow's marketplace. Lim supports the Zillow Rentals strategy of building a comprehensive rentals marketplace and modernizing the rental transaction. As SVP of product and business operations, his teams are focused on embedding AI and product innovation into everyday workflows to improve the renter experience, with clearer pricing, more streamlined applications and greater transparency. This combination of scale, proprietary data and built-in workflows becomes more powerful over time, delivering better experiences for renters, property managers and multifamily partners while supporting Zillow's broader growth.
