Tech X 2025, Nationwide's annual flagship technology convention, brought together Nationwide leaders, technologists and outside experts for two days of innovation and collaboration in October.

With 2,500 attendees participating both in-person and virtually, the event delivered nearly 20,000 hours of learning, showcasing the depth of talent and curiosity within Nationwide's technology organization.

"Tech X has grown into a flagship event for our technology team - bringing together talented associates from across the organization to share knowledge, spark innovation and push the boundaries of what's possible," said Melanie Kolp, Nationwide's Chief Technology Officer, Technology Enterprise Solutions of this year's event. "It's also a moment to celebrate how our Technology teams are shaping the future of Nationwide."

Senior Nationwide executives led general sessions highlighting Nationwide's advancements in artificial intelligence and technology strategy, including a featured discussion with Nationwide's CEO Kirt Walker and Chief Technology Officer Jim Fowler about how technology is shaping the company's future.
