ABGSC acted as sole global coordinator in the SEK 30.1 million share issue in AlzeCure Pharma

Following the out-licensing of Alzstatin® to Eli Lilly and the out-licensing of NeuroRestore® to QuantumCell ApS, AlzeCure Pharma AB ("AlzeCure") successfully completed its fully secured rights issue on June 30, 2026, raising gross proceeds of approximately SEK 30.1 million. The subscription period ended on June 30, 2026 with the Rights Issue heavily oversubscribed at approximately 329 percent, reflecting strong investor confidence in AlzeCure's strategy and the momentum created by the two major licensing transactions completed in quick succession.

AlzeCure is a Swedish pharmaceutical company developing a broad portfolio of small-molecule drug candidates for diseases affecting the central nervous system, with projects in both Alzheimer's disease and pain. The net proceeds will be used to accelerate the development of the Company's pain projects while continuing to advance its Alzheimer's disease programmes together with its partners.
