"Today, we pause to honor all who have worn the uniform and served our nation with courage, commitment, and sacrifice. I'm grateful for the years I had the privilege to serve alongside incredible men and women in the Navy. Those experiences shaped how I lead today. Lessons in duty, teamwork, resilience, and service before self continue to guide my life and my work at IHP Capital Partners.

To every veteran, and to the military families who stand behind them: Thank you. Your service protects the freedoms and opportunities we enjoy every day. And to those still serving: Stay safe, stay focused, and know your dedication does not go unnoticed.
