Aria Hotels Announces Aria Maria, Second Property in Colombia

[April 24, 2025] - Aria Hotels, the Greek-born hospitality subsidiary of Libra Group, unveils Aria Maria - a new addition to its international expansion in Latin America. Set to open in early 2027, Aria Maria is located in the heart of Cartagena's Historic Center, housed in an 18th-century building that has played a significant role in the city's cultural narrative.

The building, which had remained untouched for decades, will be thoughtfully reimagined - honoring its original architectural identity while introducing a refined and contemporary character that reflects the energy of Cartagena today.

The hotel will feature 35 elegant rooms and suites, a signature Greek restaurant that brings the flavors of the Aegean to the Caribbean coast, a boutique and lifestyle concept store at the pool level, a wellness spa and gym, and an expansive rooftop with panoramic views of the sea.
