Save the Date: IBEX Returns to Tampa Dec. 7-9, 2027

The International BoatBuilders' Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) will return to the Tampa Convention Center Dec. 7-9, 2027. Exhibitors and visitors are encouraged to save the dates as IBEX moves to a new December schedule, bringing the industry together for world-class technical education, product discovery, and business connections.

The change follows industry feedback and is intended to reduce the risk of hurricane-season disruptions, giving exhibitors and attendees greater certainty as they plan. Organizers are also developing an expanded dockside experience, with more opportunities for demonstrations and hands-on learning.

The 2027 program is expected to include technical education for boatbuilders, designers, engineers, manufacturers and suppliers, as well as expanded programming for marina, boatyard, refit and repair professionals.

"Our purpose is to bring the marine industry together to inspire innovation and accelerate growth," said Mary Velline, IBEX show director. She said the show will continue to focus on technical education, business connections and access to products and expertise.

IBEX 2026 welcomed more than 7,700 industry professionals from more than 55 countries and featured 701 exhibitors, according to the show. Organizers also plan to continue year-round programming through IBEX 365 and Professional BoatBuilder, the IBEX Technical Journal.

Hotel blocks for the 2027 show are open through IBEX's official housing provider. For details on attending or exhibiting, visit ibexshow.com.
