VSP Vision Named to 2026 Training MVP Award List for Third Consecutive Year

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. - Today, VSP Vision announced it has received the 2026 Training MVP Award, marking the third consecutive year of recognition for its commitment to delivering best-in-class employee training and development.

The Training MVP Award ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives, and a company's effectiveness regarding behavior change and business impact.

"At VSP Vision, we embrace a culture that empowers employees to engage in training and development opportunities, which can accelerate personal and professional growth," said VSP Vision Chief Human Resources Officer Kristi Cappelletti-Matthews. "This recognition reinforces our commitment to comprehensive programming that aligns with the individual pursuits of our workforce, and the success of the organization."

Previously known as the Training Magazine Top 125, and most recently the Training APEX Award, VSP Vision was ranked among other distinguished companies for 20 consecutive years prior to the award's revamp in 2023.
