CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by WRC Energy, LLC (CMP100734) to obtain a Chapter 6, Section 2 permit to operate the Hardy 4-23-39-74SXH (F025016), with a smokeless combustion device and a smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate tanks, active produced water tanks and produced gas, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 23, T39N, R74W, approximately twenty-four (24) miles west-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F025016 and permit number P0040425 under permits.
