In a continuing effort to address ongoing criminal activity in the James Cayce Homes area, TITANS detectives last night spotted the driver of a GMC Terrain SUV, Abdalla Abdikadir, 21, driving recklessly in the area of South 6th Street and conducted a traffic stop.
Abdikadir was in possession of 158 grams of marijuana and a handgun. He was out on bond for arrests in October of 2024 (eight vehicle burglaries, vehicle theft, two firearm thefts, felony marijuana possession, and evading arrest-$47,500 bond), September of 2025 (evading arrest---$5,000 bond), and just ten days ago for felony marijuana possession and gun possession during the commission of a dangerous felony-$15,000 bond. On the same day as Abdikadir's February 6 arrest, the District Attorney's office filed a motion to revoke his bond. That hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
For last night's arrest, Abdikadir is charged with felony marijuana possession and gun possession during the commission of a dangerous felony. He remains jailed on $32,000 bond.
