Students, parents and guardians, and all La Mesa community members are encouraged to attend this online lunchtime seminar hosted by the City of La Mesa and The San Diego County Bicycle Coalition in order to learn about safe biking techniques, bicycling rules and regulations, planning your bike route, e-bikes, and more!
