This year's edition of the event was dedicated to supporting innovation and resilience in the economy, digitization, energy and finance. Discussions during the forum concerned the challenges and opportunities of Polish-Swiss cooperation, the topics of discussion were, among others:

The forum also saw the Swiss launch of the "We did it in Poland" campaign, showing how Polish innovation is quietly changing the world and showcasing innovations that have been created in Poland, from deep tech to sustainability and artificial intelligence.
At the end of the 4th Polish Economic and Technology Forum in Switzerland, there was a screening of the film "Antoni Patek. Patriot and Watchmaker" - a fictionalized documentary about the life of a Polish inventor, participant of the November Uprising and activist of the Great Emigration, later founder of the Patek Philippe brand. His watches- real works of art, were worn by, among others, Queen Victoria, Albert Einstein, Maria Skłodowska-Curie, Pope Leo XIII and Pablo Picasso.
Poland and Switzerland have a lot to offer each other in terms of creating the solutions of tomorrow. Switzerland is considered one of the most innovative countries in the world. Poland, with 18 million people using banking apps, is a great example of digital leadership.
