Construction of a bridge and approaches on Tucker Rd (CR 742) over I-475/SR 408 and Rocky Creek

WHAT: GDOT contractors are performing preliminary work regarding utility relocation in advance of the reconstruction of the Tucker Rd (CR 742) bridge. A traffic detour will begin on October 10, 2025, and will be in place for one week.

There are warning signs to notify motorists in advance of this operation. Drivers are encouraged to drive alertly through the area and reduce their speeds.


WHEN: Starting Friday, October 10, 2025


WHERE: On Tucker Rd (CR 742)

Advisory: Dates may change due to weather or other factors. Motorists are advised to expect delays, exercise caution, and reduce their speed while traveling through work zones.
