MiLogin outage affecting access to UIA online services

MiLogin, the State of Michigan's universal secure log-in portal to access state services, is experiencing intermittent outages today.

The outages are affecting the ability of employers and claimants to access the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency's (UIA) online user platforms. Claimants and employers use the Michigan Web Account Manager (MiWAM) for benefits and employers use MiUI to pay taxes and file reports.

Both MiWAM and MiUI require users to sign in to MiLogin before accessing either platform. With the MiLogin service interruptions, users are not able to access MiWAM or MiUI.

The intermittent outages affecting all state agencies are being closely monitored. There currently is no estimated time for resolution.
