Through open and constructive discussions, you will share experience and address a wide range of issues related to the development of civil society in our country, the implementation of much-needed programmes aimed at improving people's quality of life, and supporting socially oriented NGOs. Of course, the central themes of your agenda are dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory and the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland. I am confident that the initiatives you put forward will help preserve our historical memory and foster the patriotic upbringing of the younger generation."
