Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority ("OAQDA"), proposes to rescind Ohio Administrative Code Sections 3706-4-01, 3706-4-02, 3706-4-03, 3706-4-04, and 3706-4-05. Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3706-4 focuses on implementing the Solar Generation Fund. Through H.B. 15, the General Assembly abolished the Solar Generation Fund. Rescinding Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3706-4 is necessary to align with the legislatively mandated winddown of the Solar Generation Fund.
Proposed Rescinded Rules

Pursuant to Section 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, a public hearing for these proposed rules will be conducted on Thursday, October 9, at 11:30 AM Eastern at the first floor conference room at 175 South Third Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
On the date and at the time and place designated in this notice, all interested persons are entitled to attend or be represented and give their oral or written comments on the proposed rule-making. To facilitate scheduling of oral presentations, persons intending to give oral comments at the hearing should ensure that OAQDA receives notice of such intent by close of business (5:00 PM Eastern) on Wednesday, October 8. Persons who provide OAQDA prior notice will be heard ahead of persons who register after the deadline or on the day of hearing. OAQDA reserves the right to impose reasonable measures, including time limitation depending upon number of persons testifying, to ensure orderly presentation of testimony at the hearing.
All visitors will be required to register with security in the building lobby upon arrival. Please bring photo identification (such as a valid driver's license). Plan to arrive early to complete these procedures
