The Portland Police Bureau needs the public's help identifying and locating a sexual assault suspect.

On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, a teenage female was picked up in the 4000 block of Southeast 82nd Avenue and driven to the East Columbia neighborhood, where she was sexually assaulted. The victim was able to escape and ran for help.

PPB is releasing a sketch of the suspect in hopes the public can assist in identifying and locating him.

Suspect description:

  • Caucasian male, mid-30s
  • Approximately 5'8" to 5'9", 180-200 pounds
  • Bald with long red/brown hair
  • Medium-length red/brown beard
  • Sunken eyes with dark circles

Vehicle description:

  • Older model silver van with windows
  • Large crack in the windshield
  • Messy interior, containing a pink and black baby seat carrier
