PHOENIX, July 31, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Dash Car Wash, a 1,965-square-foot net-leased property in Phoenix, Arizona.

The property is located at 2831 E. Indian School Rd. Built in 2019, the car wash occupies 1.19 acres. The buyer plans to hold the property as a long-term investment.
