Dentons Chief Operating Officer Maureen Migliazzo selected for 2026 Vincent Fairfax Fellowship

12 February 2026

Australia-Dentons, the world's largest law firm, is delighted to announce that Maureen Migliazzo, Chief Operating Officer, has been selected for the 2026 Vincent Fairfax Fellowship at the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership. The year-long program, marking its 30th anniversary, is dedicated to cultivating ethical reasoning, critical reflection, and moral courage among senior Australian leaders.

The Vincent Fairfax Fellowship, established in 1994, focuses on deep learning and peer dialogue through participants engaging in two in-person regional retreats, online learning courses, and a graduation ceremony. All aimed at empowering Australian leaders to make principled decisions in moments of ethical risk and challenges, to be change agents and role models in their communities and lives, as well as develop tools to create ethical maturity within their organisations.

Maureen Migliazzo, who has served as Dentons' Chief Operating Officer since 2019, brings over 25 years of executive experience in global professional services firms. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving business transformation and optimising organisational effectiveness. In 2025, she received the Australian Financial Review Women in Leadership Award in the Professional Services category, recognising her contributions to the industry.

"I am thrilled and deeply honoured to be part of this prestigious program," Maureen Migliazzo said. "The opportunity to engage with other senior leaders in an environment that fosters ethical decision-making and courageous leadership is a true privilege. I look forward to contributing to and learning from this exceptional community."

"Maureen's selection for the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship is a powerful recognition of the integrity, sound judgement and humility she brings to her leadership every day," said Amber Warren, Dentons' Australia Chair and Australasia Region CEO. "Ethical leadership is fundamental to our firm and to the trust our clients and communities place in us. This Fellowship reflects Maureen's deep commitment to principled decision-making and to fostering a culture where people are empowered to lead with purpose, especially in moments of complexity and change."

The Vincent Fairfax Fellowship is a partnership between the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership, the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation, and Monash University.
