Chinese Consul General in Johannesburg Pan Qingjiang Attends Free State Matric Well Done Function
On January 16, 2026, Mr. Pan Qingjiang, Consul General of China in Johannesburg, attended Free State Matric Well Done Function and delivered a video message.About a thousand people attended the event, including Free State Premier Maqueen Letsoha-Mathae, MEC for education Mamiki Maboya, and other local government officials, learners, teachers, parents, representatives from various sectors.
