Join Gilbert in Keeping Our Community Safe and Cool This Summer

Gilbert, Ariz.- As temperatures rise across the Valley, some of our neighbors don't have a safe place to escape the dangerous heat. The Heat Relief Network is here to change that.

From May 26 through September 25, local respite sites, hosted by compassionate places of worship, open their doors Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., providing a cool, welcoming place to rest, recharge, and enjoy a warm meal.

Many visitors arrive without even the most basic sun-safety essentials. A bottle of sunscreen, reusable water bottle, electrolytes, wide-brim hat, or cooling towel can mean the difference between comfort and crisis in Arizona's extreme summer temperatures.

Together, we can bring comfort, dignity, and hope to those who need it most this summer. Thank you for helping us care for our community.
