Flu Fighters Day

University Health Services and the students of the College of Pharmacy will be providing FREE flu vaccinations to all UT Health Sciences employees and students on Thursday, Sept. 17, in the Madison Plaza on the Memphis campus from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This flu vaccination clinic will be first-come, first served. Additional dates may be added depending on the supply of vaccine.

Please be sure to comply with all program-specific requirements. As the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has noted, the annual flu vaccine is recommended for everyone 6 months and older with few exceptions. During flu season, flu vaccinations protect individuals, prevent additional stress on health care resources and decreases the chances of a flu outbreak masking a COVID-19 outbreak.

Verification of vaccine administration will be provided during the visit. Please retain a copy of this form for your records, as proof of administration will not be readily available.

If you have any questions regarding the flu vaccine, please contact University Health Services at 901-448-5630.
