Tyson Foods Announces Executive Leadership Appointment

SPRINGDALE, Ark. - September 2, 2025 - Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE: TSN) today announced the appointment of Devin Cole as Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, Devin will oversee the company's business segments, including Poultry, Beef, Pork, Prepared Foods and International. Devin will continue to report to Donnie King, Tyson Foods President and Chief Executive Officer.

Devin has a proven track record with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, and his appointment reflects Tyson Foods' commitment to robust succession planning and operational excellence. Most recently, Devin served as Group President of Poultry and International, where he delivered the company's third consecutive quarter of volume growth in Poultry and improved profitability to our International business by driving efficiencies and cost controls.

Brady Stewart will be departing the company, effective immediately. The company determined certain actions taken by Brady violated the Tyson Foods Code of Conduct.

With Brady's departure, the Supply Chain, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Environmental and Transportation functions will report directly to Donnie.

The company will share further leadership and organizational updates prior to September 28, 2025 - the start of its 2026 fiscal year - consistent with its established succession planning and governance processes.
