Aquatic Farm Lease Renewal

Per 38.05.070(e), the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land, and Water, Aquatic Farm Leasing Program has made a decision to renew a current lease issued to Paul Fuhs dba Alaska Longneck Farms, LLC (ADL 107075), for a 20-year lease term. The lease site is 7.41 acres, more or less, of state-owned tide and submerged lands for the purpose of commercial growth and harvest of Pacific geoduck located at the south end of the Revillagigedo Island located in the Revillagigedo Channel approximately 1.2 miles west of Point Alava and 21 miles southeast of Ketchikan, Alaska. The location of the project area is further described as being within the NW1/4 of Section 14, Township 77 South, Range 94 East, Copper River Meridian, Alaska.
