Chinese Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam Xiao Jianguo Attends Hari Raya Celebration of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brunei

On 19th April, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brunei hosted a Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration at International Convention Centre. The Honourable Dato Seri Setia Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd. Yusof, Brunei's Minister of Foreign Affairs II and spouse attended the event as the Guest of Honor. H. E. Ambassador Xiao Jianguo was invited to attend the celebration, joined by over 1200 guests including the Ministry's officials and their families, as well as diplomatic corps in Brunei. 

Ambassador Xiao warmly introduced cultural highlights and traditional Chinese cuisine to Minister Erywan and other guests in front of the Chinese Embassy's booth. Both sides engaged in cordial and friendly exchanges on site.

In a warm and festive atmosphere, the Chinese booth drew a continuous stream of visitors. Guests enthusiastically sampled authentic Chinese dim sum and took memorable photos with giant panda toys in a uniquely designed bamboo grove selfie zone.
