RFP: Cancer Discovery Fund
APPLICATION DEADLINE: AUG 10, 2026
UT Health Sciences is seeking proposals for cancer research projects in four areas: translational research bridging basic science and clinical treatment, pilot programs improving equity and access to cancer care, initiatives expanding data and biospecimen sharing infrastructure statewide, and projects addressing barriers to cancer services for rural residents. Proposals should generate preliminary data to support future extramural funding and foster new collaborations across lab, clinical, and community settings.
Funding Amount: $50,000
Project Period: One Year
