Tashkent-Global law firm Dentons has advised on Asyad Group's strategic acquisition of a stake in Universal Logistics Services (ULS) and Highway Logistics Center (HLC), leading logistics platforms in Uzbekistan, as part of its strategy to expand its global footprint and strengthen international trade corridors.

The transaction marks a significant step in enhancing multimodal logistics capabilities in Central Asia.
