Youth Link announces Community Leadership Award winners

Bellevue Youth Link invites the community to a public ceremony honoring children and teens for their contributions to the community at the 36th annual Community Leadership Awards celebration on Thursday, May 14, 6-8 p.m. at City Hall, 450 110th Ave. NE. Awards are listed with category, winner's name and winner's school or organization.

  • Advocacy for Cultural & Heritage Pride - Individual: Maggie Wang, Newport High School
  • Advocacy for Cultural & Heritage Pride - Group: NW Nanta Ensemble, Purple U Youth Foundation
  • Advocacy for Education: Jayden Park, Interlake High School
  • Advocacy for Supporting Families: Angie Bustamante Soto, Interlake High School
  • Advocacy for Inclusivity & Allyship: Audrey Shieh, Bellevue High School
  • Advocacy for Social Justice - Individual: Elora Butler, Big Picture School
  • Advocacy for Social Justice - Group: Muslim Student Association, Sammamish High School
