25 Cozen O’Connor Attorneys Named 2026 Minnesota Super Lawyers, Rising Stars

MINNEAPOLIS, July 15, 2026 - Super Lawyers named 25 Cozen O'Connor attorneys to its 2026 Minnesota Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. Fourteen lawyers were named Super Lawyers, including Christopher J. Bellini, John P. Boyle, Craig A. Brandt, Jana Aune Deach, Christopher Ferreira, Katheryn A. Gettman, Brian T. Grogan, Timothy L. Gustin, Matthew P. Kostolnik, Heather L. Marx, Bryant D. Tchida, James J. Vedder, Thomas G. Wallrich, and Patrick T. Zomer. Eleven lawyers were named Rising Stars, including Bradley R. Armstrong, Shannon E. Cook, Kelly C. Engebretson, Paul D. Hallgren, Aylix Jensen, Austin Malinowski, Katherine J. Marshall, Samuel Mogensen, Atiya Oberoi, Elizabeth A. Olivera, and April L. Will. To be eligible for Rising Stars, attorneys must be 40 years old or younger.

This is the first year Ferreira, Gettman, Marshall, Oberoi, Olivera, and Zomer were recognized by the publication. Vedder has been recognized for 15 years; this is Wallrich's 25^th year on the list. Deach is also recognized on the Top 100 Minnesota Super Lawyers and Top 50 Women Minnesota Super Lawyers lists. Vedder is included on the Top 100 Minnesota Super Lawyers list.

Selection to Super Lawyers is based on peer nominations and evaluations, combined with independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only 5 percent of attorneys are named Super Lawyers; only 2.5 percent of attorneys are listed as Rising Stars.
