Road closure planned at 11th Avenue and Snake River Avenue in Lewiston

Spokane, Wash. March. 17, 2026: Avista will complete scheduled infrastructure work requiring a temporary road closure and traffic re-route on 11th Avenue between Snake River Avenue and Prospect Avenue in Lewiston, Idaho. Work will begin at 5 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25.

As part of this work, Avista will be replacing power poles along 11th Avenue to accommodate a City of Lewiston road project. A small number of customers may experience a brief planned power outage during construction. All impacted customers have been notified in advance.

This work is part of Avista's ongoing efforts to update equipment and maintain reliable electrical service in the region.
